All parts of the A30s are manufactured in-house using our own machinery. We rely on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers and innovative machining strategies, and maintain minimal tolerances thanks to closed-loop processes.

The raw material for every A30s comes from European steel manufacturers, and we process all parts in a hardened state. This allows us to ensure that no hardening distortion occurs and that the parts correspond exactly to the desired final state.

After machining, plasma nitriding uses nitrogen diffusion to increase the hardness of the surface—precisely where hardness is needed. This step ensures maximum wear protection and serves to support the PVD coating. In the case of the A30s, depending on the variant, an approx. 3µm thick DLC or TiN layer is applied to the components. This reduces the coefficient of friction and ensures optimum corrosion protection.
