All parts of the M60 are manufactured in-house using our own machinery. We rely on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers and innovative machining strategies, and maintain minimal tolerances thanks to closed-loop processes. We have also made a conscious decision not to use vibratory finishing. Instead, all parts are completely deburred on the machining centers.

For the M60, we use the highest quality aluminum alloys. For example, the base body is machined from a solid block of aluminum. This, in combination with a 50 µm thick hard anodized coating, ensures robustness and exceptional repeatability for years to come.
